Ernesto, Florence and what this means for Texas
As it crosses the Caribbean Sea, Tropical Storm Ernesto‘s satellite appearance has improved markedly. Although there’s been so far little change to the storm’s intensity, it still has maximum winds of 50 mph, that could change as it encounters less wind shear in the days ahead.
