Todd Jarvis, who wears many hats - Director of OSU's Institute for Water and Watersheds, teacher, hydrogeologist, Rainbow Water Coalition blog owner, friend, colleague, artist, et al. - recently prepared answers to questions on water conflict posed by journalist Juliana Elias of the Brazilian science magazine Galileu.
